Here's moleskine's Web site - I bookmarked it at their music notebook for you. They make journals, notebooks, sketchpads - all nicely stitched with a black cardboard cover (I know, sounds strange). There are different kinds for different artists/hobbyists/normal folk-ists.
I buy mine at Barnes and Noble. I bought my first one about three years ago. They're immensely popular now - pretty faddish, but quite nice to have something more elegant than a spiral notebook in order to jot down thoughts, stories, pictures, and, apparently, musical scores - Who knew?

I sincerely hope I didn't massacre the French language in my post's title. If so, my apologies.
I am ignorant of moleskine...what in the world is this?

Oh, and it's acid-free paper, which is just swell.
You're not a sucker, you're a very smart fellow.
May I recommend www.moleskineus.com to you?
Hey, Andy - I've been to their Web site and find it all too overwhelming.
